This process will take around 20 minutes. To use HiveMind with buzz-worthy efficiency, don’t skip it. Each step will help you understand how to leverage the template and Notion to full capacity, which will save you many many hours of figuring it out yourself :)

Setup the Sidebar

• [x] Read the awesome welcome letter on Welcome to Your Workspace!
• [ ] Press Duplicate on the top right of this page and select the right workspace
• [ ] Create a new Teamspace, title it “HiveMind”, and make it default
• [ ] Select, drag and drop the pages below to the HiveMind Teamspace you just created
• [ ] Delete the automatically created page called “Teamspace Home”
• [ ] Open HiveMind Help and drag this page to the Onboarding section
• [ ] Open HiveMind Setup again and delete the divider blocks and everything in between
• [ ] Click here… and now hold cmd and hit enter to learn your first Notion shortcut
